Huntington Beach

A ground-up two-story home in Huntington Beach in white render with a tile roof, black-framed windows and cable-rail balconies. A cedar-clad upper volume and a full-height wood entry door add warmth to the elevation, and a covered patio with a timber ceiling extends the living space outside. A detached single-story structure sits at the rear of the lot. The landscape is finished with a paver-and-turf driveway and drought-tolerant planting.
