“I don’t hand you off. I’m on your project from the first sketch to the last walkthrough.”
DYM Builders Group is a woman-owned, licensed general contractor serving Orange County and Los Angeles. Since 2018 we’ve built our reputation on listening first and building second.
Every project gets one point of contact, a written scope, line-item pricing, and a signed change order before anything changes. That’s how peace of mind gets built.
From our first conversation to the final touch, Yarden, your general contractor, is with you every step of the way.
Start Your Project
A custom home or addition means every trade, every permit and every inspection runs through one accountable team, led by Yarden, your general contractor, who runs the build herself.

We deliberately limit how many homes we take on at once, so yours gets our attention.
Most whole-home renovations we manage fall between $150,000 and $500,000+, depending on square footage, structural work and finish level. You receive a written line-item scope and price before any work begins, so you can see exactly what each part of the project costs. If something needs to change once we are underway, it is priced and signed off in a change order before the work happens. That way the number you approve at the start stays the number you are working from.
Typical full-home renovations run four to eight months from permit approval, and we set the schedule with you before construction starts. We deliberately limit ourselves to six to eight projects at once so your timeline is not competing with a dozen other jobs. Our four dedicated crews have built alongside us for five to ten years, which keeps the sequence moving without gaps between trades. One point of contact keeps you updated from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
Often yes, in phases. We plan the sequence around your family and tell you honestly when a stretch will be easier to spend elsewhere. Because we run only six to eight projects at a time, we can stage the work around how you actually use the house. Your single point of contact tells you what is happening each day, so you are never guessing which rooms are in play.
Yes. We manage plan submittals, city permits and every inspection so your project stays legal and on track. We are a licensed general contractor, CSLB #1065740, bonded and insured, and we work with the building departments across Orange County and Los Angeles. Your schedule is set from permit approval forward, so you know what the approval process means for your start date. The same point of contact handles the paperwork and the site, so nothing falls between the two.
Our own project lead, every day, coordinating licensed trades, with Yarden running the build herself as your general contractor. You always know who is in your home. Our four dedicated crews have built alongside us for five to ten years, so the faces on your project are familiar rather than rotating. Because we cap ourselves at six to eight projects at once, that attention is real rather than spread thin. From the first sketch to the final walkthrough you have one point of contact for anything you need.
A written scope, line-item pricing, and a signed change order before anything changes. No surprises. On a whole-home renovation, which generally falls between $150,000 and $500,000+, that line-item detail is what lets you see where the money is going and adjust before the work starts. Nothing gets added or swapped without your signature on it first. You have one point of contact for those decisions, so answers do not get lost between people.
You speak directly with Yarden, your general contractor and the owner of DYM Builders Group, not a salesperson who hands you off.
