Los Angeles

A two-story contemporary residence in Los Angeles built around light and open flow. A glass-railed floating stair anchors the entry, and the living, dining and kitchen share one continuous space with a linear fireplace, paneled feature walls and a waterfall island in slate-blue cabinetry under brass pendants. Bedrooms use shiplap and barn-door details, the primary bath carries a freestanding tub and double vanity, and the rear yard is finished with a pool and patio.
