Newport Beach
Newport Beach, CA
New Construction
A newly built modern home in Newport Beach shaped to make the most of its views and its connection to the outdoors. Full-height custom windows fill the two-story plan with light. Downstairs, living and kitchen run together in one open room and step out to a landscaped garden with a lounge area and pool. Interiors stay in soft neutral tones; outside, wood cladding meets white render and charcoal grey for a calm, balanced elevation.
